The following booking conditions form the basis of your contract with sikkim wings (“we”, “us” and “our”). Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. By asking us to confirm your booking, we are entitled to assume that you have had the opportunity to read and have read these booking conditions and agree to them.

These booking conditions only apply to the trip arrangements which you book with us and which we agree to make, provide or perform (as applicable) as part of our contract with you. All references in these booking conditions to “trip”, “booking”, “contract” or “arrangements” mean such trip arrangements unless otherwise stated. References to “departure” mean the start date of these arrangements.

Mode of Payments:
Advance Payments can be made through Net Banking, UPI, Bhim, Google Pay, PhonePay, Paytm or transaction of amount through banking.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reasons/ we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

  1. 30 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour / service cost.
  2. 15 days to 29 days prior to arrival: 20% of the Tour / service cost.
  3. 07 days to 14 days prior to arrival: 30% of the Tour / service cost.
  4. 02 days to 06 days prior to arrival: 40% of the Tour / service cost.
  5. Less than 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund.

Note: Written cancellation will accept on all working days, except Sunday, Any cancellation sent on Sunday’s will be considered on next working day (Monday).

For the X-mas and new year period from 20 Dec to 05 Jan the payment is non-refundable.

Please Note : In case of any natural calamities such as landslide, heavy snowfall or Roads block etc. at your touring spots. we will give you a tour of some other place without any extra charge.
