West Sikkim

West Sikkim is a district of the Indian state of Sikkim. Its headquarter is Geyzing, also known as Gyalshing. The district is a favourite with trekkers due to the high elevations. Other important towns include Pelling and Yuksom. Local people also call it as Pallo-Sikkim and Sano-Sikkim commonly.

Pelling is a small town in the northeastern Indian state of Sikkim, at the foothills of Mount Khangchendzonga. The late-17th-century Buddhist Sanga Choling Monastery has mountain views. Pemayangtse Monastery features wall paintings, sculptures and a gold-plated statue of Guru Padsambhava. Overlooking a valley, the 17th-century Rabdentse Palace, now in ruins, still has evidence of the king’s bedroom and kitchen.

Khecheopalri Lake, originally known as Kha-Chot-Palri, is a lake located near Khecheopalri village, 147 kilometres west of Gangtok in the West Sikkim district of the Northeastern Indian state of Sikkim.

Day 2: PELLING SIGHTSEEN
full-day excursion trip to Pemayangtse monastery, built-in 17th. century, it is one of the oldest and most important monasteries of the nyingmapa order of buddhism in Sikkim also visit Khecheopalri lake, Kanchenjunga water fall, Rimbi water fall, Orange Garden, Sky walk (Chenrezie statue) & Shingshore suspension bridge is worth seeing – length & gorge height is 680 ft. it is the second-highest bridge in Asia. this area also has its. Overnight stay in Pelling.

Day 3. DROP BAGDOGRA AIRPORT/ NJP RAILWAY STATION
Today with many wonderful memories drive down to Bagdogra airport / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (124 km/ 4 hours)
